EX WORKS
The seller minimizes his risk by making the goods available on his own premises.
FREE CARIER
Unless otherwise agreed, the seller will arrange and pay for any advance transportation to the point of delivery.
FREE ALONGSIDE SHIP
The seller will undertake to place the goods alongside the vessel designated by the buyer.
FREE ON BOARD
The seller will undertake to place the goods on board the vessel designated by the buyer.
COST AND FREIGHT
The seller will arrange and pay per contract for transportation to the designated port of destination.
COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT
In addition to the obligations arising under the CFR condition, the seller will also procure insurance up to the designated port of destination.
CARIAGE PAID TO
The seller will contract for the main transportation to the designated place or point of destination.
CARRIAGE & INSURANCE PAID TO
In addition to the obligations arising under the CPT condition, the seller will also procure insurance up to the designated places or points of destination.
DELIVERED DUTY PAID
The seller undertakes to place the goods at the disposal of the buyer ready for unloading by the buyer at the agreed place / point of destination and to clear the goods
for import, paying taxes and other official charges (unless otherwise agreed).
DELIVERED AT PLACE
The seller will undertake to make the goods available to the buyer ready for unloading by the buyer at the agreed place / point of destination.
DELIVERED AT TERMINAL
The seller undertakes to place the goods at the disposal of the buyer unloaded from the means of transport at the agreed place / point of destination.
